The different public authorities (European, state, autonomous regional and/or local) establish different requisites for companies in their legislation.

Our Management Department can plan, assess, fill out and present different types of documents and declarations such as:

• Annual declaration of Packaging
• INE surveys (National Statistics Institute)
• Minimisation Study of Special Waste
• Balance of Volatile Organic Compounds (Royal decree 117/2003)
• PRTR - Spain (Pollutant Release and Transfer State Register)
• PCB (declaration of apparatus containing polychlorobiphenyls)
• Preliminary Report of Situation (Polluted grounds)
• Specific declarations of the Autonomous Communities such as :
• Catalonia: DUCA, B6, DARI, etc.
• Valencia Community: MD301
• Aragon Community: Model 882, 883 and 884.
• Etc.

The Management Department undertakes the appropriate procedures so that the investments made by your company can recur to the help and subsidies available at any specific time.

LEGALISATIONS

COLLECTIONS
For the consumption of water from subterranean and/or surface origins, its legal collection must be applied for before the competent authority.
Our Management Department can prepare all the paperwork to undertake these legalisations and thus comply with the legal requisites.

WASTE
Any establishment that produces waste must have its corresponding waste authorisation, whether by drainage or course.
MF Tècnima can process these applications before the competent authority.

ASSESSMENT

Any change and/or improvement in your company can help you not only in reducing the pollution emitted but also in the increase in performance of your activity. For this reason, from our Management Department, we offer services of environmental assessment. Among these we can highlight:
